10. To stimulate team work with all department of International SOS India and staff in the other International SOS alarm centres and other International SOS businesses by cooperating in a professional manner during the case handling.
11. To own and manage specific customer programs assigned.

Candidates Profile;
• Minimum 1-2 years experience, preferably International call center,front office, guest relations, concierge, retail outlets, aviation – in flight crew etc.
• Good thinking ability - creative and out of the box.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Language capability: must be at least bilingual (Hindi, English) in order to be able to assist the member, which will ensure better communication, better quality in the delivery of service and meet the contractual obligations between the member and International SOS.

Position 1 Lab Technician
Graduate/ post graduate in chemistry, with 2-5 years of hands -on experience with analytical testing equipment in industrial, clinical, or academic laboratory will be considered for the position. Special technical knowledge / skills in waterborne architectural paints, capability of learning new technology/ knowledge is a plus.

Position 2 Senior Scientist Coating
Graduate or a post graduate in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science with minimum 3 years of industry experience Will be responsible for providing technical service support for products in waterborne coatings for the Asia Pacific coatings market. The incumbent will be required to undertake international travel.

Position 3 Color Scientist
Graduate/ post graduate in a technical discipline with minimum 5 years of experience will be responsible to assist Lab Manager to set up Pharmaceutical Lab in India and handling color matching per request. Must pass a standard Color acuity/ vision test. SAP knowledge, experience in the use of color spectrophotometers and maintenance of color libraries and standards is a plus.

Other: Eligibility to obtain US Visitors/ Business Visa and ability to travel to the US for training.

Position Senior Formulation/ Process Scientist
Masters in Pharmaceutics (Industrial Pharmacy), Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science with minimum 5 years of experience in similar industry. The incumbent will be assisting the Lab Manager to set up Pharmaceutical Lab in India and Technical service for film coatings. The role will involve frequent travel. Experience in using Pilot and production scale (GMP) film coating equipment is a plus.

Other: Eligibility to obtain US Visitors/ Business Visa and ability to travel to the US Visitors/ Business Visa and ability to travel to the US for training.
